Five days at a private ranch in Southern Oregon.
Ten women. One reckoning.
The year ahead, mapped from a new identity.
The income. The offers. The team. You built it on grit and instinct and a version of you that doesn't exist anymore.
And something has been nagging at you for a while.
You're tired. Not the kind a vacation fixes. The kind that sits underneath everything.
You keep waiting for the next launch or the next hire to feel different. It hasn't.
The woman who built this is tired of running it.
The woman coming next is waiting for you to make room.
The Year-End Reckoning is where you make the room.
"The land doesn't lie.
The horses don't lie.
You won't be able to either."
You built something real. You're proud of it. And you've outgrown it.
You're successful by every external measure and quietly exhausted by your own life.
You're done with mindset hacks, 5am routines, and another business strategy that doesn't fix what's actually wrong.
You know the ceiling you're hitting isn't a strategy problem. It's a capacity problem. And capacity comes from a different version of you.
You're ready to stop performing the woman you've been and start becoming the one you're built for.
You want to walk into 2027 different. Not improved. Different.
This isn't a retreat where you feel inspired and nothing changes. You leave with these in your hands.
A written commitment to who you're walking into 2027 as. Signed by you. Held by this room.
The week ends. You go home. You don't go home alone.
For 90 days, you have a direct line to me. Send voice memos when the resistance shows up, when you need a read on a decision, when you're integrating something big. I respond personally. This is the bridge between the retreat and the rest of your year.
You don't leave alone. Every woman who has ever attended a BUILT WILD INTENSIVE is in this private community. For life.
It grows every year. The women in this room become the women in your life.
Most women leave the ranch knowing they want to keep going. If that's you, your seat in the next WILD WEALTH cohort is already held, at a rate reserved for intensive attendees.
Not a discount. A reserved seat for the woman who's ready to carry the work forward. We talk through the details on your intake call.
Wednesday afternoon arrival. Sunday morning departure. You arrive. The land holds the rest.
Off-grid. Phone-free.
Held by horses, fire, and the women beside you.
Led by Sausha. The deep work that doesn't happen anywhere else.
The horse doesn't lie. Whatever you're pretending to be, she'll tell you.
Hours in the saddle. Real wilderness. No cell service.
The truth comes out in the firelight. You're not hiding here.
Your next 12 months, documented. Not theory. Your actual plan.
Real ritual. Real witness. The before and after.
All meals. All lodging. All materials. All horses. All photography. Welcome box on arrival.
You bring yourself. We bring the rest.
I've been running transformational retreats for eight years.
I've watched hundreds of women walk in armored and walk out different. I've seen what happens when the right woman sits across from horses, fire, and the women who refuse to keep performing alongside her.
I built BUILT WILD because I am the woman I serve. I built from grit. I hit the ceiling. I walked through the reckoning myself.
This isn't theory for me. It's the work I've done. It's the life I'm living.
— Sausha Davis
Founder, BUILT WILD
I went in considering everyone an internet friend. I left with real friendships. I talk to the women from my room every single day now. I grew personally, in my business, and in community all at once. If you're on the fence, just go. Sausha's retreat changed my whole life.
Most people think of something like this as an expense. It's not. It's an investment in your future, your health, your mental health. It pulls you forward and helps you reach your goals faster. Pushing yourself into a room like this creates life-changing changes in a single weekend.
I've attended more than one of Sausha's intensives, and I'll keep going as long as I'm in business. Each one is fulfilling and fun. She picks a space with breathtaking views and a relaxing environment, and somehow there's always an animal mascot.
Every one is different, so I walk in with an open mind. We work on mindset and business growth while really getting to know each other. I've entered as a stranger to some of the women and left with genuine friendships with women who understand business, life, and bigger goals.
The mindset work realigns me with what success actually looks like to me. I gain confidence in my goals and leave with a plan to hit them. There's a magic about being surrounded by other women who want more out of life.
If you feel stuck in business and life, get out of your comfort zone and go. Bring your best sarcasm and your stretchy pants. You'll need them with all the yummy food.
Five days at the ranch is the center of it. Everything around it is built to carry the work home.
The Year-End Reckoning is application only. You apply, we have a real conversation, and we both decide if this is the right room for you.
The investment and payment options are covered on your intake call, once we know it's a fit.
Apply NowEvery woman in this room is hand-selected. Not because I'm precious about it. Because the wrong woman in a 5-day container poisons the work for everyone.
After you apply, we'll have a 30-minute intake conversation. If after that call I don't believe this is the right container for you, I'll tell you straight and point you to what is.
I only let women in who are ready. You only commit if it's a yes from both sides.
Applications close August 31, 2026 or earlier if all seats are filled.
The 2027 series opens in December. This is your only window for 2026.
Everything except your flight. Lodging at the ranch for 4 nights. All meals (3 a day plus snacks, dietary needs accommodated). All daily programming with Sausha. Equine groundwork sessions. The backcountry trail ride. Welcome box on arrival. Professional photography. Your 12-Month Strategic Map. The 60-minute Pre-Intensive Identity Mapping Session before October. 90 days of direct voice memo access to Sausha after you leave. Lifetime access to the Alumnae Circle. And a reserved seat in the next WILD WEALTH cohort at intensive pricing if you choose to continue. You bring yourself. We bring the rest.
The investment and payment options are covered on your intake call, once we both know the room is a fit. There are a few ways to structure it, including a payment plan and third-party financing for approved applicants. We'll walk through what works for you then. Apply first, and we'll talk numbers when we talk.
A private ranch in Southern Oregon. Exact location is shared with confirmed attendees only. Closest airport is Medford (MFR) or Rogue Valley International. Once you're accepted, you'll get detailed travel info, ground transport options, and arrival windows.
Nine other hand-selected women. Most are between 30 and 55. Most run their own businesses or lead teams. All of them have built something real and hit a ceiling that's about identity, not strategy. They're spiritual but not dogmatic. They're done with surface-level work. The room is intentionally diverse in industry and background but aligned in readiness. You're the only one of you here.
After your application is accepted, we'll have a 30-minute intake call. If after that call I don't believe this is the right container for you, you're under no obligation and you owe nothing. Once you've committed and secured your seat, deposits are non-refundable, because we've reserved your place with the ranch and the photographer. If something extreme happens (medical, family emergency), we'll work with you to transfer your seat to the next intensive.
Closed-toe boots or sturdy shoes for the horse work. Layers (Southern Oregon in October swings from 40s at sunrise to 70s by midday). A jacket. Comfortable clothes you can move in. A water bottle. Anything personal that matters to you. Once you're accepted, you'll get a full packing list with everything specific. You don't need to bring riding experience. We meet you where you are.
All meals are made from scratch. Real food. Mostly local. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and most major allergies can be accommodated. You'll fill out a dietary form after you're accepted so the kitchen has time to plan. If you have something specific or severe, let me know during the intake call and we'll figure it out.
Applications are reviewed as they come in. Most applicants hear back within 5 business days. If you're a yes, we'll schedule your 30-minute intake call within 2 weeks. Once both sides confirm, you secure your seat. Applications close August 31, 2026, or earlier if all 10 seats fill before then. Apply early. The room gets built one woman at a time.
The only question is whether you'll catch up to her.
